We accept payment by card (Visa, Master, DC, UFJ and NICOS), or by cash. For tourists, you will be required to settle the account in full and then reclaim these costs from your insurer. To make this process smoother, we will provide a receipt written in English. This can be submitted to your insurance company directly with any additional paperwork they require as part of the reimbursement process. Please make every effort not lose this receipt (or any documentation we provide) as we would have to levy an administration fee to reissue bills, medical reports, or investigation results.
