For international patients who wish to be seen in English, we recommend you to contact us via email (info@shirokane-sanko-clinic.com) rather than through our online booking system. A typical primary care appointment in Japan lasts 10 minutes, if you think your problems will need longer than this, please indicate this during the booking process and expect to be billed accordingly. Please allow additional time for investigations that may be required by your doctor during the visit. Depending on the nature of the complaint, it may be possible to schedule these for a different appointment.
